Refund & Returns Policy
We hold the right to not provide a refund of your money if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose very carefully when purchasing.
Items that are procured at your request or on your behalf will not be refunded.
At Wilks Penny, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your item/s. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchased item/s, you may return your item/s within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund, subject to meeting the requirements of our refund policy.
If the product you have bought is at all faulty and does not work as intended, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Items are required to be returned in their original product packaging, they are subjected to inspection and all paperwork, which includes a copy of your invoice. Please allow 5 business days for processing. Items purchased from us via our online store can be returned by hand at our premises. We reserve the right to modify our returns policy as our business needs require.
